Smoked Salmon, Spinach and Goat Cheese Omelet

Ingredients
- 3 ea eggs, whisked
- 1/2 C spinach, chopped
- 3 oz smoked salmon
- 3 oz goat cheese
Instructions
- Pour the eggs into a heated, buttered omelet pan. Add the remaining ingredients on one side of the omelet. When the eggs have firmed up, flip the unladen side onto the laden side. Continue cooking until the eggs are done as desired.
- Plate and serve.
